Internship - Assistant.e Purchasing and Component Development M/F

Within our Collection department, you will support the components team in the development of ready-to-wear collections. Your main tasks are as follows:

• Support on the progress of the collection and capsules

• Creation of boards/presentations of components

• Dispatch of components for prototypes and SMS to manufacturing plants

• Daily monitoring of component deliveries and recording of key information upon receipt of orders (delivery date, references, etc.)

• Collection of information sheets from suppliers

• Entry of technical information into PLM (price, supplier reference, color code, etc.)

• Creation of the Production Master and archive binders for the collection

• Inventory checks of the warehouse and the material library

• Operational management (courier orders, DHL shipments, tidying the material library)

As part of this mission, you will develop privileged contacts with multiple internal stakeholders (creation studio, production, product managers, etc.) and external ones (manufacturers, suppliers, etc.).

You are currently pursuing your studies (2nd, 3rd, 4th, or final year) in a program such as an engineering school specializing in textiles, a business school, a fashion school, or an equivalent university program:

• You have fluent English

• Proficiency in Italian would be a plus

• You are proficient in the MS Office suite (Excel in particular) and are perfectly comfortable with numerical data.

• You have a natural sensitivity to the world of luxury and fashion.

Internship of 6 months recognized by a State-approved institution only, to start on MARCH 1, 2027
