Internship - Accessories Purchasing Assistant (M/F)

We are looking for the talents of an Accessories Purchasing Assistant (M/F) to join our teams for a 6-month internship as soon as possible. This position is based in Paris (75).

Integrated into the Accessories division (shoes, belts, leather goods, and small leather goods) and reporting to the Accessories Purchasing Manager, your main responsibilities will be:

• Creation of product sheets and updating of visuals (ERP);
• Creation and updating of the visual collection plan;
• Updating and monitoring delivery deadlines (GDL);
• Updating our internal tools with the addition of visuals;
• Proofreading product descriptions;
• Monitoring supplier invoices;
• Adherence to the timeline according to key deadlines;
• And other occasional tasks to assist the Purchasing team.

Requirements

• You are a student looking for a 6-month end-of-studies or gap year internship. Ideally, you have already gained some experience in purchasing;
• You are passionate about leather accessories (shoes, leather goods, small leather goods, and/or belts) and aspire to deepen your skills in this area;
• You demonstrate a strong ability to take initiative and act autonomously;
• You are organized, rigorous, flexible, and have good interpersonal skills;
