STAGE ASSISTANT TO THE COMMERCIAL FRONT OFFICE

We are looking for 1 STAGE ASSISTANT TO THE COMMERCIAL FRONT OFFICE for the During branch in Pulsano, with possibility of subsequent hiring.

The stage assistant will support in the following activities:

• Back office activities;
• Researching professional figures for client companies;
• Conducting selection interviews;
• Screening CVs;
• Updating the database;
• Administrative tasks (managing appointments, deadlines, paperwork, archiving).

The requirements for performing the activity are:

• Familiarity with the Office package (particularly Excel);
• Ability to use email and social media;
• Interest in the human resources sector;
• Strong commercial and communication skills;
• Excellent relational skills and customer orientation;
• Able to learn and dynamic;
• Degree: Bachelor's degree in economics (3-year program);
• Residence in the town of Pulsano or within a 10 km radius.

We offer a 6-month paid internship, with possibility of subsequent hiring. Location: Pulsano.
