At Artefact Adopt AI, we drive innovation through large-scale events: Participatory innovation workshops, Intrapreneurship programs, and our flagship format: Hackathons.

Our mission? To connect and foster collaboration among an ecosystem of key players—students, Tech and business experts, decision-makers, startups, researchers—around current and future technologies: AI, Robotics, Quantum…

As an Assistant Project Manager, you will co-pilot these immersive programs from start to finish to develop prototypes and solutions addressing real current and future challenges.

 🚀 Your daily challenges

1. Project Management and Monitoring: You will participate in the creation and monitoring of steering tools, as well as the management of key milestones for our experiences.
2. Coordination: You will ensure fluid communication and coordination among all project stakeholders.
3. Sourcing & Digital Engagement: You will manage participant recruitment, expert targeting (mentors, juries), and the engagement of our online platforms.
4. Day-of Orchestration: You will manage the logistics for key events and actively participate in facilitation, engagement, and general coordination on the day itself.
5. Deliverable Production: You will design communication materials (slides, briefs, kits) and structure post-event summaries to showcase our achievements.

🤖 Your bonus mission: AI Playground. You will test and integrate AI/tech solutions to boost our own processes and enhance the participant experience.

👤 Your profile

• Background: End-of-studies (Master 2) from Business School, Engineering School, University, IEP, Master's in Innovation, Management, Project Management.
• Mindset: You have strong organizational rigor, excellent interpersonal skills, autonomy, and a proactive approach. You have a strong appetite for innovation, the Tech/AI ecosystem, and event management.
• Tools: You are proficient with Canva, visual tools (Klaxoon/Mural), Lemlist, and you frequently use Generative AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.).
• Languages: Fluent French and English (international context).
