Internship - Assistant Production Art de Vivre & Senteurs (M/F)

Twenty years ago, the first Les Composantes selections came into being. A story born from a thirst for independence and a passion for vintage. An instinctive way of circulating clothes, guided by a particular attention to what lasts.

As an extension of this, Sézane came to life in 2013: the first French fashion brand born online. Then came Octobre Éditions for men, Les Composantes, this time dedicated to the art of living, and Petit Sézane for children, to enrich this universe.

We are looking for the talents of a Production Assistant to join our Art de Vivre & Senteurs team for a 6-month internship starting in December 2026. This position is based in Paris (75).

Reporting to the Production Managers, your main responsibilities will be:

PRODUCTION:

• Receiving and checking prototypes and updating production tracking;
• Participating in steering and respecting production schedules;
• Daily contact with suppliers on all these subjects;
• Referencing product sheets and purchase orders in our ERP;
• Ordering labeling, packaging, supplies, raw materials, and dispatching to suppliers;
• Filing models.

PREPARATION FOR SALES:

• Requesting shooting samples from factories and tracking their reception;
• Reviewing product sheets and the collection plan for online launch.

Requirements

• You are a student in a business school or equivalent university program and are looking for a 6-month internship.
• You are dynamic, proactive, and enjoy working in a team;
• You are rigorous and organized, have a sense of responsibility, and a good ability to manage priorities;
• You have a strong sensitivity to products;
• You are proficient in computer tools and speak fluent English.
