Job description

(Internship) Design Experience PM Assistant Hackathons & Innovation - M/F

  • End-of-studies internship (6 months)
  • Start Date: January 2027
  • Location: Paris 9th

📌 Who are we?

At Artefact Adopt AI, we drive innovation through large-scale events: Participatory innovation workshops, Intrapreneurship programs, and our flagship format: Hackathons.

Our mission? To connect and foster collaboration among an ecosystem of key players—students, Tech and business experts, decision-makers, startups, researchers—around current and future technologies: AI, Robotics, Quantum…

As a Project Manager & Design Experience, you are the methodological architect of our programs and events. Your role is to design the journey of our experiences from A to Z (from ideation to prototyping to the final pitch) and to build the collective intelligence framework that will enable participants to transform complex technological challenges into real, high-impact prototypes.

  🚀 Your daily challenges

Design memorable experiences

  • Imagine and adapt our hackathons, workshops, and training sessions to each client's challenges.
  • Build the agendas: activities, timing, instructions, icebreakers.
  • Create the materials that bring the experience to life: canvases, cards, guides, visuals.
  • Invent use cases and challenges around generative AI.

Facilitate and transmit knowledge

  • Facilitate or co-facilitate workshops and training sessions.
  • Extract clear and useful learnings from each workshop for our clients.

Manage projects

  • Manage your projects from A to Z: planning, coordination with clients and sponsors, follow-up.
  • Participate in the organization of our hackathons and our internal projects.

Prototype in hackathon mode

  • Bring teams' ideas to life with mockups and prototypes.
  • Help teams build impactful pitches.

🤖 Your bonus mission: AI Playground. You test and integrate AI/tech solutions to boost our own processes and enrich the participant experience.

👤 Your profile

  • Background: End-of-studies (Master 2) from a Design School, Double degree in Design × Management / Innovation, or a specialized Master's in Innovation Engineering.
  • Mindset:
    • You are passionate about Design Thinking, collective intelligence, and learning by doing.
    • You know how to structure group thinking and have excellent interpersonal skills to interact with diverse profiles (from developers to business experts).
    • You have a strong appetite for innovation, the Tech/AI ecosystem, project and event management.
  • Tools & Facilitation: You are proficient with collaborative tools (Mural/Klaxoon/Miro), rapid creation tools (Canva, Figma), and you use AI tools daily (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Lovable, etc.).
  • Languages: Fluent French and English (international context).

🎁 What we offer you

  • Immersion: The best place to concretely understand the challenges and uses of AI, Tech, and disruptive innovation today.
  • Unique Network: You will be in direct contact with key players from government, tech, startups, schools, and industry.
  • A stimulating work environment within a human-sized, dynamic, supportive, and empowering team.
  • Competitive compensation, meal vouchers, flexible remote work.
