As a Project Manager & Experience Designer, you are the methodological architect of our programs and events. Your role is to design the journey of our experiences from A to Z (from ideation to prototyping to the final pitch) and to build the framework for collective intelligence that will enable participants to transform complex technological challenges into real, high-impact prototypes.

Design memorable experiences

• Imagine and adapt our hackathons, workshops, and training sessions to each client's specific needs.
• Construct the agendas: activities, timings, instructions, icebreakers.
• Create the materials that bring the experience to life: canvases, cards, guides, visuals.
• Invent use cases and challenges around generative AI.

Facilitate and transmit knowledge

• Facilitate or co-facilitate workshops and training sessions.
• Extract clear and useful lessons from each workshop for our clients.

Manage projects

• Manage your projects from A to Z: planning, coordination with clients and sponsors, follow-up.
• Participate in the organization of our hackathons and our internal projects.

Prototype in hackathon mode

• Bring teams' ideas to life with mockups and prototypes.
• Help teams build impactful pitches.

🤖 Your bonus mission: AI Playground. You test and integrate AI/tech solutions to boost our own processes and enrich the participant experience.

👤 Your profile

• Background: Final year of studies (Master 2) in a Design School, Dual Degree in Design × Management / Innovation, or a specialized Master's in Innovation Engineering.
• Mindset:
  • You are passionate about Design Thinking, collective intelligence, and learning by doing.
  • You know how to structure a group's thinking and have excellent interpersonal skills to interact with diverse profiles (from developers to business experts).
  • You have a strong appetite for innovation, the Tech/AI ecosystem, project management, and event management.
• Tools & Facilitation: You master collaborative tools (Mural/Klaxoon/Miro), rapid creation tools (Canva, Figma), and you use AI tools daily (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Lovable, etc.).
• Languages: Fluent French and English (international context).
