Internship - Events & Student Partnerships Assistant (m/f/d) - January 2027

Your missions

Are you looking for an internship in one of Europe's most ambitious startups? The B2B Marketing team is looking for its future recruit for a duration of six months starting January 2027. 

You will aim to contribute to the work of Doctolib's B2B Marketing team, with 2 main missions: 

1/ Assist Events Managers in organizing B2B events (congresses, trade shows, proprietary events): 

• Oversee administrative, logistical, and marketing/communication management for certain events in direct relation with sales teams 
• Work with all marketing teams, our partners, and trade show organizers to ensure the smooth running of event logistics, their proper execution up to KPI tracking

2/ Lead the implementation of partnerships with associative or private organizations targeting students who are future healthcare professionals:

• Partnership implementation: Identify and contact the right contact person within the student associations that Doctolib wishes to reach. Presentation of the partnership and follow-up until contracting.
• Partnership management: Follow-up from the creation of marketing assets, compliance with mutual commitments, up to the payment of benefits.
• Monitoring and analysis: Track performance indicators throughout the plan and analyze results to optimize ongoing strategies.

• An operational interview with Laurianne and Florent, two team members (1 hour)
