Job description

Within Doctolib's Content Moderation team, you play a concrete role in the reliability of our platform. By ensuring the compliance of content published on our services, you directly contribute to maintaining the trust of millions of patients and healthcare professionals in Europe. As a true right-hand person to the manager, you will participate in both the smooth daily running of the team and in cross-functional strategic projects — a versatile experience, at the heart of a key issue for Doctolib.


Your missions

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Participate in daily content moderation
  • Regularly update the team's news on the intranet
  • Conduct daily monitoring of new acts, terms, and practices to moderate on practitioner profiles
  • Conduct regulatory monitoring on topics related to the right of healthcare professionals to practice
  • Draft templates to be reviewed by the Legal teams for compliance missions

  • You are a Master's student (Bac+4/Bac+5) in a business or communication school
  • You are organized and rigorous, comfortable managing multiple subjects in parallel
  • You have good writing and synthesis skills
  • You enjoy working cross-functionally with different teams and adapting to a dynamic environment

It would be fantastic if:

  • You have a complementary legal background, such as a law bachelor's degree

  • Operational interview with practical case presentation with Sarah, Content Moderation Manager (1 hour)

 

Job details

  • Full-time internship
  • Duration: 6 months
  • Desired start date: January 2027
  • Work location: Levallois-Perret
  • Compensation: To be defined based on level of studies
