Internship - Project Management Assistant for Deployment (m/f/d) - January 2027

You will join the Doctolib Prevention team, a team of entrepreneurs who have been building a new business since 2022 with the ambition of transforming the healthcare system towards more prevention. 

There are three forms of prevention: primary (from physical exercise to nutrition, fighting addictions, or vaccination), secondary (limiting the impact of illness on health through screening for breast cancer, cervical cancer, etc.), and tertiary (all means implemented to prevent complications and relapses for people with chronic diseases). France is doing well in tertiary prevention, which is very focused on treatment, but is lagging behind other European countries in primary and secondary prevention.

• For patients: our goal is to empower them to take charge of their health with a preventive approach, by first offering them quality information and the ability to act easily during national prevention campaigns.
• For healthcare professionals: our goal is to provide them with the right tools to successfully transition to more preventive medicine, starting by providing quality information on patient support during national prevention campaigns.
• We have supported over a hundred campaigns since our launch, in primary and secondary prevention (risk factors, vaccination, screenings, mental health, etc.) with institutional actors (Santé Publique France, CNAM, Ministries, etc.), associations, and private companies (e.g., L’Oréal, MSD, etc.). The campaigns are disseminated to millions of French people with a significant impact in terms of action taken.

Your missions

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Contracts: Drafting contracts using templates provided by the Legal team, Tracking contracts, including making contracts available and managing signatures.
• Invoicing: Tracking invoicing, including creating invoices and monitoring payments.
• Marketing: Coordinating with marketing, medical excellence, and website teams for content creation.
• Data and performance tracking: Daily monitoring of ongoing campaign performance and continuous improvement in conjunction with marketing, preparing client presentations, including briefing meetings and sharing campaign results and ad hoc analyses: performance benchmarks by target audience, AB test analysis to optimize campaign performance.

• You are pursuing a Master's degree (Master 1 or Master 2), ideally from a business school.
• You are autonomous, rigorous, and organized.
• You enjoy working independently and learning.
• You are comfortable with Excel and numbers.
• You know how to react in a structured manner in real-life situations.

• An interview with Louise (30 minutes).
• An interview with Louise and Arthur, including a live practical case study (45 minutes).

Job details

• Full-time internship governed by agreement.
• Desired duration: 6 months.
• Desired start date: January 2027.
• Work location: Levallois-Perret.
• Compensation: To be defined based on education level.
