Our mission is to design and evolve the poker experience at Winamax. We define the product roadmap, both for new features (Reveal, Moods, Shots, Winamax Legends...) and for major structural projects of the application (redesign of lobbies, new user journeys, new game variants, etc.). ABOUT THE POSITION Your main challenge will be to imagine an innovative solution to improve the experience of new players. An ambitious goal that you will achieve through progressive learning of our business and our methods. What you will learn: One of our main challenges is to remove barriers to entry and offer a fluid and engaging user experience, capable of strengthening the attractiveness of our application and maximizing the retention of new users. From your arrival, you will be fully integrated into the discussions on the team's most strategic projects (redesign of parts of the application, new features, new player journeys...). Over the course of the internship, you will be progressively associated with their design and gain autonomy in their management. You will specifically be involved in: * Participating in discovery phases and brainstorming workshops with the Product and UI/UX teams * Participating in the definition of features, trade-offs, and prioritization of solutions * Participating in discussions around the product roadmap * Following development with the technical teams * Participating in testing and validation of a project before its launch * Discovering all stages of digital product design, from idea to putting it into the hands of hundreds of thousands of players. What you will accomplish: Over the course of the internship, you will thus be progressively integrated into the process of defining and managing our product projects. This skill development will lead you to your end-of-internship project: rethinking and optimizing the welcome and onboarding experience for new players. Your goal: to identify barriers to entry and analyze the weaknesses of our application to design, in collaboration with a UI/UX Designer, a solution capable of sustainably increasing the retention of new players on our application. You will be required to write functional specifications for developers, monitor development, and ensure testing and deployment of your project. REQUIRED PROFILE You are a Master's student (business school, marketing, management, or equivalent training) and you are looking for a final internship with real responsibilities. A gamer at heart, you have good experience with online poker and you know the competitive environment. You have a player account with us and/or our competitors, which allows you to analyze our offerings with a critical player's eye and to finely understand player trends, expectations, and behaviors. This internship is designed as a stepping stone: subject to successful skill development and the quality of your achievements, an opportunity within the team may be offered to you.
