Our mission is to imagine, build, and continuously evolve Winamax's Poker Offer. We define the roadmap and calendar that set the rhythm for the Poker year: promotional operations, event-based animations, and major events like the King5, City of Gold, Expresso Mundo, or the Winamax Poker Tour. In collaboration with the various Winamax departments, we design and manage these operations from start to finish: from defining the mechanics and player experience to their production, and from their operational monitoring to the analysis of their performance. ABOUT THE POSITION Attached to a team of four, you will be under the responsibility of the Poker Offer Manager, who will also act as your internship supervisor throughout the duration of your internship. Your main challenge will be to imagine an operation as innovative as our flagship events. An ambitious goal that you will achieve through progressive learning of our business and methods. What you will learn: One of our main challenges is to offer an attractive and innovative product that strengthens preference for our brand and gives our players good reasons to return regularly. From your arrival, you will participate in the preparation and deployment of our next operations. As the internship progresses, you will be gradually involved in their design and gain autonomy in their management. You will notably be led to: * Participate in the research and conceptualization of new game mechanics * Write specifications for the marketing, tech, and Studio teams * Coordinate and monitor the progress of a project with the different teams involved * Participate in testing and validation of a project before its launch * Ensure operational monitoring of a project put into production * Analyze performance and identify areas for improvement * Actively monitor the market and analyze the offers, products, and innovations of other online poker players in France and internationally. What you will accomplish: As the internship progresses, you will be gradually integrated into the process of defining and managing our operations. This skill development will lead you to your final internship project: imagine a new major operation capable of joining the flagship events such as, for example, the King5, the WiPT, and the Super Freeroll. Your objective: leverage the analysis of our operations, player behaviors, and the market to propose a concept capable of durably strengthening player engagement and retention. PROFILE REQUIRED You are a Master's student (business school, marketing, management, or equivalent education) and you are looking for a final internship with real responsibilities. A player at heart, you have good experience in online poker and you know the competitive landscape. You have a player account with us and/or our competitors, which allows you to analyze our offerings with a player's critical eye and to finely understand player trends, expectations, and behaviors.
