What You Will Do As Assistant Chef de Produit & Category Manager Pharma Beauté H/F, your main responsibilities will be: • To assist the Chef de Produit in defining and implementing the category strategy for the Pharma Beauté range; • To analyze market trends, consumer behavior and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and innovation; • To work closely with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain) to develop and implement effective category plans; • To manage and optimize the product portfolio for the Pharma Beauté range; • To ensure that all activities are aligned with Kenvue’s overall business objectives.
