Internship - Junior Social Media Analyst

The Role:

As part of our growth, we are recruiting a Junior Analyst, whose role will be to address various consumer and market issues in order to identify actionable opportunities for our clients.

The team works hand in hand with the strategic planning team and supports the agency's consultants and clients at different stages of the collaboration.

Your Missions:

• Identification of actionable insights in communication and definition of KPIs to follow according to objectives and active platforms
• Measurement of performance versus objectives (marketing & business)

• Sociodemographic and behavioral analyses of target audiences
• Social Listening and audit of conversations on different platforms
• Competitive benchmarks
• Strategic recommendations
• Monitoring, crisis management, recommendations
• Measurement of the Social Media activity performance of We Are Social clients and suggestion of recommendations for performance optimization
• Social media & tools monitoring to feed the We Are Social team and consultants

Requirements

Profile Sought:

• Graduated from a Bachelor's degree +4/5 (university or business/communication school with a specialization in e-Business / Economics & Finance / Information Analysis & Processing / Econometrics & Applied Statistics)
• Passionate about the web world and more specifically about social media
• You master the Internet, the Office Suite (specifically Excel and PowerPoint), and computer tools in general
• You have excellent writing skills, impeccable spelling, and master English
• You are dynamic, rigorous, curious, and creative
