Internship - Commercial Performance Analyst (m/f/d) - January 2027

We are looking for an intern to join the Sales and Customer Operations France team and participate in the commercial development of one of Europe's most ambitious startups. You will work in close collaboration with the sales and account management teams.

Your goal: Provide the best tools and processes to the sales and account management teams to maximize commercial performance.

Your missions

Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Coordinate cross-functional projects between the Sales, Account Managers, and Customer Support teams
• Deploy and optimize internal tools: setup, improvement, and implementation with appropriate communication
• Structure and deploy transformation projects with the Sales and Customer Operations team
• Drive performance: monitor team KPIs and action plans through dashboarding
• Support teams on a daily basis: process & tools support, problem solving, and documentation updates

• Have experience in consulting, project management, or process optimization and/or in Sales Ops in a startup
• Are fluent in English and French
• Are proactive in finding solutions and can explain them simply
• Demonstrate autonomy and excellent communication skills

It would be fantastic if:

• You are proficient in JIRA / SQL / Tableau
• You speak German and/or Italian
