At Decathlon Digital, we are looking for an audacious profile to design, prototype, and test radical alternatives based on generative and agentic AI. Here, no maintenance: your role is to challenge the existing.

• 🔍 Audit & Discovery: identify friction points in our tools and pinpoint use cases where AI surpasses existing solutions.

• 🤖 Prototyping & R&D: code and test agentic architectures and advanced RAG pipelines.

• 📊 Evaluation & LLMOps: measure the performance of your models according to precise criteria (latency, accuracy, cost, business value).

• 🔗 Interaction protocols: test the integration of recent standards (MCP, Agent-to-Agent exchanges) with our Data and HRIS ecosystem.

• 🎙️ Presentation & Impact: present your demonstrations to product and tech teams to guide future architectures.

Profile sought

• 🎓 Education: student in the final year of a Master's degree (Bac+5) (engineering school or master's in AI, Data Science, or Computer Science).

• 💻 Technical: proficiency in Python, comfort with cloud platforms (GCP, Vertex AI), and solid understanding of generative AI (LLM, embeddings, RAG, agents).

• 💡 Soft skills: builder profile, critical thinking, technical curiosity, and clear oral communication.

• 💬 Languages: fluent French and professional English (daily international exchanges).
