The Internship Assignments

Within the Commercial Department, we have several interesting internship assignments open. Together, we will determine which assignment best matches your education, interests, and qualities. During your internship, you will be involved in our internal and/or external sales teams and get the chance to further develop your commercial skills in practice.

Possible activities and internship assignments include:

• Supporting the internal and external sales teams

• Maintaining contact with existing and potential customers

• Identifying and investigating new commercial opportunities

• Contributing to strengthening and expanding customer relationships

• Gaining insight into customer needs and commercial possibilities

Within Nedlin Healthcare, we currently have a specific internship assignment:

Investigate how Customer Service can handle customer contact via email and phone more intelligently and efficiently. You will map out the current working method and investigate how AI, automation, and smart tooling can contribute to a future-proof Customer Service.

• Analyze customer inquiries, processes, and bottlenecks.

• Research opportunities for AI and automation.

• Map out the impact on time, capacity, and costs.

• Develop a future vision for Customer Service.

• Deliver a concrete advice and practical implementation proposal.

What do we offer?

• Internship allowance:

  • € 300,- gross per month for MBO students (based on 40 hours per week);

  • € 400,- gross per month for HBO students (based on 40 hours per week);

• An educational internship within one of the most modern and sustainable laundries in Europe;

Who are you?

• You are pursuing a higher vocational (HBO) education, for example Commercial Economics, Business Studies, International Business, or Facility Management.

• You work independently, accurately, and proactively.

• You communicate easily with various colleagues.

• You are available for 32 to 40 hours per week for a practical or graduation internship.

• You can travel independently to our location in Elsloo or Hoensbroek.

• You ask critical 'why' questions and enjoy thinking in structures.

• You combine an analytical view with creative solutions.
