Intern Sales Assistant - The B Viale Leonardo da Vinci

Gifrab Italia SpA, a historic leading company in the Fashion Retail sector, is looking for a resource to be hired for an internship for sales assistant activities for one of our prestigious Stores in Palermo.
POSITION MISSION
The Resource will be integrated into a training path aimed at supporting the store in assisting and guiding the Customer in purchase operations and choices, always with a view to assisted sales, combining sales techniques and product knowledge, constantly seeking solutions aimed at customer loyalty and guaranteeing a customer experience and service quality in compliance with company directives and policies.
MAIN ACTIVITIES
Ensure the application of the company's commercial policy
Ensure maximum customer satisfaction
Welcome, assist, guide, and advise the customer during the sales phase in compliance with company sales processes, understanding their specific needs and ensuring the quality of service, always operating with a view to suggestive selling and multiple selling
Manage the phases of the company sales process, present product features and current promotions
Ensure a high standard of information to customers regarding product features
Assist the customer during post-sales phases
Keep products and warehouse in order
Ensure the order, cleanliness, and organization of the store
**Required:**
Strong passion for the Fashion Retail sector
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Results orientation
Excellent organizational skills
Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite
Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English

We offer a 6-month internship, full-time commitment required 6 days/7. Monthly expense reimbursement provided.
