The scope of collaboration includes: - Project execution, involving defining the architectural direction for Acquisition & Retention solutions, - Creating architecture for areas such as: loyalty, promotions, pricing, customer engagement, and personalization, - Support in making key technical decisions regarding integrations, APIs, data, and event-driven architecture. - Creating architectural documentation (ADR, RFC, roadmaps, target architectures), - Conducting build vs. buy analyses and evaluating platforms and tools, - Mentoring engineers and technical leaders, - Supporting system modernization and reducing architectural complexity, - Cooperation with Product, Engineering, Data, Security, and Platform areas, - Remote model, rate up to 180 PLN/h based on B2B contract. Competencies required for service delivery: - Experience in large-scale distributed systems architecture, - Experience at Staff Architect / Principal Architect level or equivalent, - Very good knowledge of Java, Spring Boot, REST API, and microservices, - Knowledge of AWS and cloud-native architectures, Docker, Terraform, and CI/CD, - Experience with event-driven systems and synchronous and asynchronous integrations, - Ability to design customer data architecture and event flows, - Knowledge of security, IAM, OAuth/OIDC, and GDPR issues, - Ability to create architectural documentation and lead decision-making processes (ADR, RFC), - High communication skills. Knowledge welcome: - Marketing Technology and CRM platforms, Customer Identity & Access Management (CIAM), Pricing & Promotions Platforms, Testing and Personalization Platforms, Python, Observability, Legacy Modernization, AI / Machine Learning, AI Agents and Agentic Workflows, Customer Data Platforms (CDP) and DDD.
