Job description

Competencies required for service delivery:

experience in large-scale distributed systems architecture,
experience at Staff Architect / Principal Architect level or equivalent,
very good knowledge of Java, Spring Boot, REST API, and microservices,
knowledge of AWS and cloud-native architectures, Docker, Terraform, and CI/CD,
experience with event-driven systems and synchronous and asynchronous integrations,
ability to design data architecture and customer event flows,
knowledge of security issues, IAM, OAuth/OIDC, and GDPR,
ability to create architectural documentation and lead decision-making processes (ADR, RFC),
high communication skills.
Nice to have knowledge of: Marketing Technology and CRM platforms, Customer Identity & Access Management (CIAM),
Pricing & Promotions Platforms, Testing and Personalization Platforms, Python, Observability, Legacy Modernization, AI / Machine Learning, AI Agents and Agentic Workflows, Customer Data Platforms (CDP), and DDD.
