Principais Responsabilidades:

• Define robust architectures based on microservices in cloud environments, ensuring scalability, security, and performance;
• Translate business objectives into effective technical solutions, with real impact for the company's growth and product;
• Anticipate technical bottlenecks and propose solutions that support growth in the medium and long term;
• Be a technical reference within the team, disseminating good practices and promoting the elevation of technical standards throughout the engineering team;
• Lead architectural discussions and reviews that impact multiple squads, connecting technical and product objectives;
• Ensure observability, monitoring, and reliability of applications in production;
• Collaborate with technical and strategic leaders to influence technology choices and development standards.

Requisitos Obrigatórios:

• +5 years of proven experience as a Backend developer, preferably with Node.js (or strong interest in learning the stack);
• Expertise in distributed system architecture, microservices, and cloud-based solutions (preferably AWS);
• Knowledge and experience in concurrency management;
• Proven ability to lead high-impact technical initiatives that involve multiple teams and areas;
• Deep understanding of engineering practices: DDD, TDD, Clean Architecture, and design patterns;
• Concern for clean code and scalable solutions;
• Ability to influence and align technical stakeholders and non-technical stakeholders;
• Ability to ensure code quality, creating and performing automated and manual tests to validate the developed solutions;
• Experience with agile methodologies and strong collaboration in multidisciplinary teams (Cross-functional);
• Direct connection between technology, product, and business;
• Proactivity, systemic vision, and pragmatism in solving complex problems.

Diferenciais Valorizados:

• Practical experience in payment products or processing large volumes of transactions;
• Familiarity with monitoring, observability, and ensuring reliability of systems in production;
• Knowledge and implementation of artificial intelligence.

Condições Contratuais:

• Modalidade: 100% Remoto, with flexible hours;
• Disponibilidade: Fulltime (40h/week);
• Contrato: Contractualization via CLT through the client;
• Salário: between R$ 15,000.00 and R$ 20,000.00 reais monthly;

Processo de Seleção:

1. Technical Test on the Adaface platform with Workana;
2. Brief Asynchronous Video on the Hireflix platform with Workana;
3. Call with Workana's Matcher;
4. Initial Phone Screen with the client's HR;
5. Code Challenge with the client - Sent a test with 24 hours' notice. With technical review alongside leadership, focusing on the decisions made and trade-offs in the code.
6. Architecture Interview with the client: In-depth discussion about architectural cases.
7. Cultural Fit Interview with the client.
