• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and leadership skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Eagerness to learn and grow professionally

Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:

• PMP, PMI-ACP, or CAPM certification
• Experience in the test and measurement industry
• Familiarity with National Instruments hardware and software

• Project Planning & Execution
• Develop comprehensive project plans that ensure successful and measurable execution. Assess technical feasibility, financial viability, and risks. Define customer requirements, create work breakdown structures, and manage budgets. Proactively identify risks and mitigation strategies while maintaining clear communication on schedules and milestones.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Work closely with manufacturing, R&D, operations, quality, and sales teams. Lead through influence to ensure project success and build strong relationships for future collaboration.
• Project Analysis & Risk Management
• Supervise and report on project costs, quality, and status. Evaluate and manage changes that significantly impact scope, budget, or schedule. Drive timely decision-making.
• Resource Management
• Collaborate with resource managers to ensure appropriate staffing. Influence decisions related to scope, schedule, and resource allocation.
