Staff / Principal Spares Engineer, Operations Central Team

As a Spares Engineering Engineer, you will lead high-level program management and process improvement across the Spare Engineering function in a fast-paced semiconductor environment, driving operational and cost efficiency while optimizing test wafer utilization. Responsibilities Lead and execute spares engineering programs to enhance operational and cost efficiency. Analyze metrics and demand trends to identify and act on improvement opportunities. Manage structured programs, ensuring milestones are met and deliverables are achieved. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process improvements that drive business outcomes. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure effective communication and issue resolution. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Identify and mitigate risks associated with spares engineering programs. Develop and manage budgets for spares engineering initiatives. Provide technical guidance and support to team members. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the Spare Engineering function. Develop and maintain documentation of processes, procedures, and best practices.
