Staff Facilities Engineer - Coordinator

As a key member of our facilities engineering team, you will be responsible for providing technical support and coordination for the design, construction, and maintenance of our facilities. This includes but is not limited to: * Providing technical expertise in the development of facility designs, including space planning, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and fire protection systems. * Coordinating with internal stakeholders to ensure that facility designs meet business needs and are aligned with company standards. * Collaborating with external partners, such as architects, engineers, and contractors, to deliver high-quality facilities projects on time and within budget. * Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including building owners, tenants, and vendors. * Providing support for the maintenance and repair of existing facilities, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues. * Staying up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and continuous improvement. In addition to your technical expertise, you will be expected to demonstrate strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills. You must be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritize multiple projects simultaneously, and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines. To succeed in this role, you should have: * A Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Architectural) or related field. * At least 5 years of experience in facilities engineering, with a focus on design, construction, and maintenance. * Strong technical skills in CAD software, building information modeling (BIM), and other relevant tools. * Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills. * Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritize multiple projects simultaneously, and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
