Staff Engineer

What you will do: As a Staff Engineer, you will serve as the technical lead for store deployments across 4000 stores globally. You will be responsible for driving deployment strategy, improving processes, mentoring engineers, and ensuring the reliability and scalability of store software rollouts. This is a senior-level role that combines deep technical expertise with leadership and innovation. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the technical authority for deployments that span across POS & Payment systems; Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement deployment strategies; Develop and maintain technical documentation, training materials, and knowledge-sharing resources; Provide technical guidance and mentorship to engineers; Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards; Identify and prioritize process improvements; Analyze and troubleshoot issues related to store software rollouts.
