Staff Engineer (Remote - Latam)

We are seeking a highly experienced Staff Engineer to drive technical excellence and strategic direction across multiple engineering teams. In this role, you will lead cross-team initiatives, mentor engineers, and contribute to the full product lifecycle from concept to deployment. You will shape the architecture, enhance system reliability, and implement tools and processes that enable scalability and efficiency. You will also collaborate with other departments such as Product Management, Design, and Operations to ensure alignment and effective communication. As a Staff Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining technical roadmaps, identifying and mitigating risks, and providing guidance on best practices and standards. In addition, you will participate in the development of new features and enhancements, and contribute to the improvement of existing ones.
