Staff Engineer (Electrical Design/Power Supply & System/SME)

Responsibilities: Lead and manage electrical design projects for power supply and system development. Provide subject matter expertise in electrical design and power supply systems. Design and develop power supply solutions for various applications. Create detailed electrical design specifications and documentation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design requirements are met. Perform engineering calculations and simulations to validate design performance. Conduct design review and provide input on project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards. Develop and maintain technical knowledge in electrical design and power supply systems. Stay up-to-date with new technologies and advancements in the field. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and designers. Conduct root cause analysis of design issues and implement corrective actions. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize design processes and improve product quality.
