Job Summary We are seeking a highly experienced and technically accomplished Staff DevOps Engineer to drive the strategy, architecture, and execution of our cloud infrastructure and developer productivity platforms. This role acts as a force multiplier across engineering teams, improving reliability, security, and delivery velocity for our cloud-native, API-first Security Knowledge Platform™. You will define standards, design scalable systems, and lead complex DevOps and Platform Engineering initiatives that enable teams to build, test, and deploy software faster and more securely. Essential Duties and Responsibilities - Define and drive the long-term DevOps and platform engineering strategy aligned with engineering and business goals. - Architect, build, and maintain scalable, reliable, and secure CI/CD pipelines and cloud infrastructure. - Lead adoption of modern practices such as

modern containerization, serverless computing, and observability tools. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement platform features that meet the needs of our engineering teams. - Develop and maintain technical documentation for DevOps and platform engineering processes and best practices. - Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and innovative solutions in cloud infrastructure, developer productivity, and DevOps. - Participate in code reviews, provide feedback on architecture and design, and contribute to the development of new features and tools. - Foster a culture of continuous learning, experimentation, and innovation within the engineering organization. - Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including engineering leaders, product managers, and other technical teams. - Provide expert-level guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and DevOps engineers. - Collaborate with security teams to ensure compliance with security policies and procedures. - Participate in on-call rotations and provide support for production issues. - Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our Security Knowledge Platform™, including its architecture, components, and integrations. - Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and innovative solutions in cloud infrastructure, developer productivity, and DevOps.
