Staff Design Engineer (Mechanical | Manufacturing)

Responsible for creating design of module, structures and fixtures in mechanical. Carry out to complete the design process such as studies of feasibility, conceptual detailed design using 3D solid modeling, analysis, procurement prototype parts, assembly, testing and troubleshooting, etc. Collaborate with the engineering teams to provide seamless integration and testing at the system and subsystem level. Manage suppliers to ensure design specifications are met. Responsible for executing environmental, health and safety policies and procedures. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards. Provide technical support to manufacturing and production teams. Develop and maintain documentation of designs, processes and procedures. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements. Participate in continuous improvement activities to optimize design and manufacturing processes.
