Staff Cloud Development Trainer (w/m/d)

The IONOS Service Integration-Team is seeking an experienced (Senior) Cloud Development Trainer, who will support our development teams throughout the entire service lifecycle - from idea and launch to long-term operation. In this role, you will contribute to anchoring technical excellence throughout the company by providing structured training, coaching, and standards.
Aufgabenbereich
Training und Enablement
- You design and deliver practical, hands-on training programs with a focus on cloud-native software development and service integration.
- You explain complex technical concepts clearly, understandably, and structured.
Dokumentation und Standards
- You establish and promote uniform documentation practices in the product teams.
- You help standardize coding guidelines and integration processes.
Technische Zusammenarbeit
- You work directly with the development workflows of the product teams, understanding their challenges and ensuring that training content always remains relevant and up-to-date.
Qualifikationen
- Strong teaching and communication skills - you can convey complex topics clearly and systematically.
- Numerous experience in AI-supported software development, including development, testing, and deployment of production-ready software (Go knowledge is strongly preferred).
- Fundamental understanding of web services, particularly REST and OpenAPI.
- , including operators, controllers, and custom resource definitions (CRDs) as well as operating containerized applications on Kubernetes.
- Experience in software architecture, ideally with practical application in distributed systems.
- Experience with cloud environments and cloud-native ecosystems.
- Self-motivated learner, who independently explores new technologies and continuously drives improvements.
- Willingness to occasional travel (up to 10%).
- Languages
- German and English fluently
