Occupational Safety Specialist / Safety Officer / Safety Engineer (m/f/d)

When it comes to safety, you are the central point of contact at KÖGEL – from apprentices to management. You take responsibility at all levels: strategic, advisory, and operational. We are looking for you:

Responsibilities

YOUR MISSION: THE SAFETY OF OVER 350 COLLEAGUES

• Strategy: You are responsible for the sustainable direction of corporate safety and develop practical safety strategies. With clear recommendations and your own decisions, you implement your plans – true to our motto Together | Safe | Strong – you track their success and make adjustments if necessary.
• Risk Assessment: You conduct inspections on our construction sites. There, you identify hazards, analyze accidents, and ensure that all safety regulations are complied with.
• Training: You elevate the safety awareness in the team to a whole new level through regular instruction and clear training sessions.
• Network: You are our direct line to supervisory authorities and professional associations – always well-connected and up-to-date.

Qualifications

YOUR PROFILE: YOU WANT MORE THAN JUST ADVICE

• Qualification: You have completed a technical degree or are a master craftsman/technician and additionally possess a qualification as an occupational safety specialist, SiGeKo (construction site safety coordinator), or a safety engineer in accordance with § 7 ASiG.
• Work Experience: You have practical experience in occupational safety and are very familiar with the conditions and processes on construction sites.
• Legal Expertise: You know the relevant laws and standards for occupational health and safety inside and out.
• Work Ethic: You tackle tasks independently and in a solution-oriented manner, maintain an overview, and make courageous decisions when it matters. You are willing to take responsibility.
• Communication Style: Clear, binding, and understandable – you get to the point even with complex topics, always cooperatively and on an equal footing.
