Position for Safety Expert / Security Engineer (m/w/d)

If it's about safety, you're the central point of contact at KÖGEL - from apprentices to management. You take responsibility on all levels: strategically, advisory and operational. We are looking for you:

Tasks

Your mission: ensuring the safety of over 350 colleagues.

• Strategy: You are responsible for the sustainable alignment of corporate security and develop practical security strategies. With clear recommendations and your own decisions, you set - in accordance with our motto 'Together | Safe | Strong' - your plans in motion, track their success and make adjustments as needed.
• Risk Assessment: You conduct inspections on our construction sites. In doing so, you identify hazards, analyze accidents and ensure that all safety guidelines are observed.
• Training: You raise the security awareness in the team through regular briefings and comprehensive training to a whole new level.
• Network: You are our direct link to supervisory authorities and professional associations - always well-connected and up-to-date.

Qualification

Your profile: you want more than just advising.

• Qualification: You have completed a technical degree or are a master/technician with additional qualification as a safety expert, SiGeKo or security engineer in accordance with § 7 ASiG.
• Professional Experience: You bring practical experience in the field of occupational safety and are familiar with the conditions and procedures on construction sites.
• Legal Expertise: You know the relevant laws and regulations for labor and health protection from A to Z.
• Working Style: You tackle tasks independently and solution-oriented, keep an overview and make brave decisions when necessary. You are willing to take responsibility.
• Communication Style: Clear, binding and understandable - you also bring complex topics to the point, always cooperative and on eye level.
