Stable Maintenance Coordinator (with German) - Fixed Placement

For a client company of GiGroup SA in Locarno, we are looking for a STABLE MAINTENANCE COORDINATOR MANSIONI - Planning, organization, and supervision of ordinary and extraordinary maintenance activities for buildings and installations - Coordination of maintenance interventions - Management of relationships with suppliers, external companies, and specialized technicians - Monitoring the state of buildings and installations (electric, hydraulic, heating, air conditioning, etc.) - Guarantee of compliance with safety and maintenance regulations - Budget management and optimization of operational costs - Coordination of internal personnel responsible for maintenance (approximately 4/5 people) REQUIREMENTS - Technical diploma or similar - Proven experience in similar roles (facility management, construction, installation) - Knowledge of safety regulations on the job and installation - Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams - Excellent organizational, managerial, and problem-solving skills - Competence in managing human resources and suppliers - Good proficiency in computer tools (Office package, maintenance software) - Availability for availability and extraordinary interventions in case of emergencies - Mother tongue German or advanced level
