Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sr/Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Talent Acquisition Team. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for managing multiple job openings simultaneously, conducting interviews, evaluating candidates, and making recommendations for hire. You will also work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and preferences, develop effective recruitment strategies, and ensure that all necessary compliance requirements are met. Responsibilities: * Manage multiple job openings simultaneously, including posting job descriptions, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and evaluating candidates. * Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent, leveraging various sources such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, and professional networks. * Conduct thorough interviews with candidates, assess their skills, experience, and fit for the role, and make recommendations for hire. * Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their needs, preferences, and expectations, and ensure that all necessary compliance requirements are met. * Ensure timely and accurate processing of new hires, including onboarding, benefits administration, and other HR-related tasks. * Maintain accurate records and reports related to recruitment activities, including candidate flow, time-to-hire, and source effectiveness. * Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements in talent acquisition, and apply this knowledge to continuously improve our recruitment processes. Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. * At least 3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or a related field. * Proven track record of successfully managing multiple job openings simultaneously and making timely hiring decisions. * Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions. * Familiarity with HR systems, software, and technology platforms.
