Key Responsibilities: Primary Duties and Responsibilities: Lead the design and delivery of Power BI solutions for FP&A, including dashboards, scorecards, and standardized reporting to support budgeting, forecasting, month-end analysis, and management decision-making. Build and maintain scalable financial data models, KPIs, and calculations in Power BI by integrating data from ERP, Excel, and other source systems to ensure accuracy, consistency, and trusted reporting outputs. Partner closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop tailored solutions that meet their needs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize FP&A project initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives. Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of Power BI solutions, including data models, calculations, and reports, to facilitate knowledge sharing and scalability. Stay up-to-date with the latest Power BI features, best practices, and industry trends to continuously improve and enhance reporting capabilities. Provide expert-level support for FP&A teams in using Power BI for financial analysis, planning, and decision-making. Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes and continuous improvement.
