Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Site Reliability Engineer II (mid–senior level) to support our cloud transformation journey. In this role, you’ll contribute to migrating our on-premises IIS-hosted applications to AWS Cloud and help ensure reliability, scalability, security, and operational excellence across our systems.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Contribute to migrating on-premises IIS-hosted applications in high-availability production and non-production environments to AWS Cloud.

  • Implement and maintain scalable, secure, and cost-efficient cloud infrastructure.

  • Support adoption and implementation of infrastructure-as-code.

  • Set up and maintain monitoring, logging, alerting, and incident response systems.

  • Collaborate with development, security, and operations teams to support seamless deployment pipelines (CI/CD).

  • Own and improve system reliability, performance, and scalability across critical services.

  • Support disaster recovery, backup, and high-availability strategies.

  • Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains.

  • Create and maintain technical documentation.

  • Provide 2nd line incident support to ensure prompt and efficient issue resolution.

  • Participate in an on-call rotation.

WHO YOU ARE

  • 5+ years of proven experience in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, or Cloud Engineering roles.

  • 2+ years of proven experience with AWS services.

  • Experience migrating applications (preferably IIS/.NET-based) from on-premises to AWS Cloud.

  • Strong skills in infrastructure-as-code, CI/CD, and automation.

  • Experience with Windows Server, IIS, and .NET application hosting.

  • Experience with monitoring & observability tools (Datadog, OpenTelemetry, Elastic, etc.).

  • Exposure to container orchestration platforms such as Kubernetes/EKS.

  • Awareness of cloud costs and optimization.

  • Experience working in a high-availability, 24/7 production environment.

  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

  • Fluent in English (both written and spoken).

  • Self-driven personality with a strong eagerness to learn and deliver.

PREFFERED QUALIFICATIONS

  • AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate or DevOps Engineer – Associate.

  • Experience with containerizing legacy applications (Kubernetes/EKS).

  • Familiarity with hybrid cloud environments.
