SRE Coordinator

Job Description

• Lead and develop the SREs and DBAs team, promoting good engineering practices and reliability.
• Ensure system availability and performance, focusing on SLIs, SLOs, and SLAs.
• Oversee incident management, postmortems, and action plans to mitigate risks.
• Promote operational process automation and infrastructure as code (IaC).
• Work together with development teams to improve application resilience.
• Manage observability strategy (monitoring, logging, tracing).
• Support data architecture evolution in collaboration with DBAs.
• Participate in capacity planning, scalability, and security environment planning.
• Contribute to defining standards, policies, and technical governance for the area.
• Define, track, and report key indicators of reliability, performance, and operational efficiency.
• Ensure continuous execution and improvement of team processes, promoting agile rituals, technical alignment, and collaboration between areas.
• Prioritize demands and manage technical backlog aligned to strategic objectives for the area.
