SRE Architect

Founded in 1999, Cvent delivers a comprehensive event marketing and management platform for marketers and event professionals and offers software solutions to hotels, special event venues and destinations to help them grow their group/MICE and corporate travel business. Our technology brings millions of people together at events around the world. We are looking for an experienced SRE Architect who will be responsible for designing, building, deploying, and maintaining scalable, secure, and highly available cloud-based infrastructure and services that support Cvent's growing global operations. This includes but is not limited to: designing and implementing cloud architectures using AWS or Azure; collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement technical strategies; developing and maintaining technical documentation; providing technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers; participating in on-call rotations for 24/7 production support; and staying up-to-date with the latest technologies, trends, and best practices. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cloud computing, DevOps, and IT operations, as well as experience working with AWS or Azure. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field required.
