Key responsibilities include: • Providing top-notch customer support to clients through phone, email, or in-person interactions. • Resolving client inquiries and issues in a professional and courteous manner. • Processing payroll-related transactions accurately and efficiently. • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve processes. • Staying up-to-date on new features and functionality within Workforce Now and related applications. • Maintaining accurate records and reports, as required.
