Sr UX Designer (LY-CR08)

Job Description: We’re looking for a UI/UX Designer with 5 years of experience who loves turning complex problems into clean, intuitive experiences. You’ll lead design thinking across projects, collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, and mentor designers to shape products users genuinely enjoy. Key Responsibilities: 1. Project Ownership & Delivery Own UX delivery end-to-end, guiding projects smoothly from discovery and exploration to final sign-off. Turn business goals and requirements into user-centered designs that delight customers. Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables. Ensure design solutions meet business objectives while maintaining a high level of quality. 2. Design Thinking & Collaboration Lead design thinking across projects, fostering collaboration between designers, product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders. Develop and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless handoffs and effective communication. Mentor junior designers to shape their skills and growth, providing constructive feedback and guidance. 3. Design Development Create high-quality, user-centered designs that meet project requirements. Develop design concepts, prototypes, and final designs using various tools and software. Ensure designs are accessible, intuitive, and visually appealing. Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to iterate on designs. Key Requirements: 1. Bachelor’s degree in UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field. 2. At least 5 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer. 3. Strong portfolio showcasing design skills, creativity, and problem-solving abilities. 4. Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills. 5. Proficiency in design tools like Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar. 6. Experience with design systems, style guides, and human-centered design principles.
