Sr US IT Recruiter

Office Location: Begumpet, Hyderabad JOB DESCRIPTION: The responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: Minimum 7 - 8 years of experience in US IT Recruitment Must have done W2 recruitment. Must have worked with Direct Clients. Understanding client hiring needs/requirements. Source and identify software professionals through various online resources, networking, references, headhunting, and recruiting tools. Sourcing high-quality candidates from ATS and Job Boards. Screen resumes and cover letters to identify top talent for open positions. Conduct initial phone screens and interviews to assess candidate fit. Coordinate with hiring managers to ensure a smooth interview process. Provide regular updates on the status of job openings. Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies. Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences. Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities. Collaborate with other departments to achieve overall business objectives.
