Sr. Trade Marketing Specialist

The purpose of the Sr Trade Marketing Specialist position is to drive demand and sell‑out in retail and distribution through Trade Marketing strategies that increase visibility, activation, and conversion, strengthening Epson's presence at the point of sale.

Main Responsibilities

In addition to Epson's policies and procedures, main responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Build strong relationships with retail store teams and distributors with KAMs, understanding needs and opportunities.
• Lead in-store activations and campaigns to increase visibility, exposure, and conversion.
• Create incentive programs and commercial dynamics for salespeople and consumers.
• Manage promoter agencies ensuring flawless execution on the sales floor.
• Develop communication and display materials to drive sell‑out.
• Manage the trade marketing budget and evaluate ROI per store and per campaign.
• Coordinate events, product launches, and activations in key retail and distributor chains.

Main Requirements

• More than 5 years of proven experience managing Trade Marketing strategies in Retail and Distribution.
• Ability to work in person at stores and maintain close, daily collaboration with retail channel and distributor stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills to measure conversion, ROI, and campaign performance.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience managing trade budgets and promotional activities.
