Senior Technical Project Leadership (m/w/d) Plant Engineering, Thermal Afterburning and Heat Recovery

• Thermal Afterburning Plants (TNV)
• Regenerative Afterburning Plants (RNV/RTO)
• Selective Catalytic Reduction Plants (SCR)

Tasks

• Comprehensive Project Management and Coordination
• Schnittstellenmanagement internal & with national/european customers and suppliers
• Active Customer Communication and On-Site Visits
• Process Engineering Design, including Mass and Energy Balances
• Creation and Maintenance of PFD and P&ID
• Drafting of Load Specifications and Technical Specifications for Plant Components
• Evaluation and Selection of Supplier Offers
• Selection and Specification of EMSR Devices
• Tracking and Cost Control throughout the project lifecycle
• Quality Control and Supplier Management
• Creating Function Descriptions

Qualification

Professionally:

• Degree in Engineering (m/w/d) or Technical Education in Plant Engineering, Chemical Technology, Process Engineering, Supply Technology, or Environmental Technology
• > 5 years of experience in project management with budget responsibility
• Familiarity with an ERP system
• Good knowledge of EMSR technology and functional safety
• Experience in conducting FMEA, Hazop, etc.
• Able to comprehend construction drawings and electrical plans
• User knowledge of MS Office applications including OneNote and Visio
• Professional experience in plant engineering – preferably with knowledge of TNV, RNV/RTO, SCR, or design of heat exchangers
• Experience with production acceptance tests for construction components
• Good written and spoken English skills
• Travel readiness, driver's license for a company car
