As Senior Teamlead Business Support, you are the point of contact for a dynamic HR Services-team of 2 to 3 talented colleagues. You manage not only processes, but also shape the experiences of store and head office employees in Belgium and Luxembourg.

You combine hands-on leadership with strategic thinking, ensuring that payroll runs smoothly, onboarding feels seamless, and your team feels empowered every day. Do you enjoy variety, collaboration, and making an impact? Then this is your place!

• Lead with trust: You are the first point of contact for your team, guides them in daily work activities, and jumps in where needed.
• Maintain the rhythm: You oversee payroll cycles and ensure a smooth on- and offboarding of Rituals store- and LHO-employees.
• Stimulate performances: You coach, motivate, and develop your team so they can shine.
• Shape the future: You share ideas for process improvements and help implement roadmap initiatives.
• Think globally, act locally: You represent Belgium & Luxembourg in global projects and bring valuable insights.
