Sr. Support Analyst (Firewall)
Job description
Technical & Behavioral Competencies Mandatory: • At least 5 years in a Firewall environment is mandatory • Firewall rules implementation • Firewall policy optimization • Incident resolution experience • Palo Alto or Fortinet experience • Experience with Service Now (IT Service Management module) • MS Excel (Automatic reporting: VBA, Python) Specific Qualifications: • Proven experience in Firewall, IPS/IDS, Cloud micro-segmentation • Ability to follow existing projects, incident and change management processes
