Michael Page The ideal candidate, reporting to a Director EMEA, will have the following main responsibilities: - Implement, manage and optimize processes throughout the entire supply chain (procurement, logistics, production) of assigned plants. - Manage and monitor costs and budgets. - Coordinate reference teams and operations, ensuring operational efficiency. - Manage and reorganize the Planning & Production area. - Manage and reorganize the Procurement & Logistics area. - Establish and maintain solid relationships with KPLs, suppliers, and strategic partners, both internal and external. - Implement strategies aimed at improving the management of the entire Supply Chain. - Implement new processes and KPIs, monitoring their performance and analyzing results to identify areas for improvement. - Ensure compliance with company regulations and standards. - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth and coordinated workflow. - Prepare periodic reports and present results to Management. The ideal candidate must possess: - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Economics or related fields; preferential completion of an MBA and/or specialized Master's degree. - Prior and consolidated experience as Supply Chain Manager in multinational companies characterized by high complexity and strong international interactions. - Prior and consolidated experience in complex manufacturing sector companies. - Excellent analytical skills, data management and budgeting capabilities, and sharp problem-solving abilities. - Consolidated experience in resource management. - Ability to work in teams and lead groups towards achieving goals. - Advanced knowledge of ERP systems and supply chain planning techniques.
