Social Media is therefore not an appendix, but a strategic channel – and that's why we're looking for someone who sees it the same way.

The Role
You will take over responsibility for KRAVT's social media activities from day one: own channels and customer projects. In the short term, you will stabilize and optimize ongoing projects (internally as well as with our customers). Medium-term, you will make KRAVT more noticeable on Instagram and LinkedIn, manage small to medium-sized paid social budgets (on behalf of our customers) and develop reusable processes. Long-term, you will lay the foundation for a dedicated SM unit within the agency.
You will work closely with the Art Team, align yourself with project management and management, and represent Social Media both internally and externally – including direct customer contact. Regular on-site meetings in Berlin are part of the role. The position is limited to one year.

You are the first and most experienced social media expert in the house. This means genuine creative freedom and strategic responsibility without internal correction. At the same time, this is not just a strategy role: You will roll up your sleeves where needed. The focus is clearly on concept and strategy, but operational implementation belongs to it.

Tasks

+ Strategy first: You develop the strategic framework for channels and campaigns and are fully responsible for it
+ Building and maintaining a structured editorial plan
+ Planning, coordinating, and uploading content on Instagram and LinkedIn
+ Steering and optimizing paid social campaigns (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads)
+ Independent monitoring, reporting, and derivation of measures
+ Trend research and transfer into concrete content concepts
+ Conceptual collaboration and presentation at pitches and customer projects
+ Coordination with the Art Team on content production

Qualification

Must have

+ 4+ years of experience in social media management, agency experience is an advantage
+ Expertise on Instagram and LinkedIn, other channels are a plus
+ Proven experience with paid social (Meta Ads and/or LinkedIn Ads)
+ Independent campaign reporting including derivation of optimization measures
+ Secure handling of social media management tools for managing multiple channels
+ Knowledge of Canva or similar tools for content creation
+ Experience in collaboration with creative teams and direct customer contact
+ Structured, meticulous work style with an overview even when working on parallel projects
+ Residence in Berlin – regular presence on-site is necessary for this role
+ You switch seamlessly between strategic altitude and operational implementation and know when which is needed
+ Curiosity, initiative, and humor – because good content rarely comes without it

Nice to have
+ Experience with B2C target groups in the mass market segment
+ Basic knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite
+ Portfolio with verifiable results: follower growth, engagement data, campaign performance
