Sr. Service Designer - GOAPRDJP00000696 7000 - 113 ST Edmonton 100% remote, however, must be available for onsite meetings when required Contract 6 months Standard Background Check: Integration of human-centered design methods into program review and data product delivery. Analysis and documentation of project outcomes such as whether there is efficiency in use for staff and easy access to services for citizens. Analysis of internal and external data user experiences across channels (data pipeline, service catalog, etc.).
