Overview Senior Sales Director to lead our MTN SADC Sales strategy, drive revenue growth, and build long-term client relationships. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in leading high-performing sales teams within the software/telecommunications industry, particularly at MTN doing strategic account sales. Responsibilities Lead MTN SADC Sales strategy and drive revenue growth. Build and maintain long-term client relationships with key accounts. Engage with CX level executives and manage sales teams to achieve revenue targets. Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and expand customer base. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies. Analyze sales performance and provide insights to improve sales processes. Requirements Proven track record of leading high-performing sales teams within the software/telecommunications industry. Strong understanding of the MTN SADC market and sales landscape.
