What is Deazy
Deazy is a UK-based platform/marketplace that connects companies needing software development with development agencies worldwide. They find the client, define the project, and then assign it to an agency like Somnio for execution. Essentially, they are an intermediary between the end client and us.
How the model works
Deazy invoices the end client at their own rate (in this case, they are talking about EUR 47/h, although it's still to be confirmed if that's the client rate or what they pay the provider). We invoice Deazy at a lower rate, and the difference is their margin.
This is why the introductory rate we are offering them is USD 45/h - USD 40/h — designed so that Deazy has a comfortable margin and prioritizes us to open the account.
If the relationship works, Deazy can assign projects to us recurrently without us having to go out and find them. It's an indirect sales channel; they bring the client, we deliver.
The potential volume is significant if we position ourselves well with them.
Deazy primarily knows us as a Flutter agency. The current task is to show them that we are also strong in React Native, React, Node.js, Python, and AI.
